I just graduated from Sena College of Massage Therapy school in Kelowna and just moved back to Williams Lake! I am excited to start building my skills and continuing to grow as I work towards becoming a Registered Massage Therapist.

Inside my treatments I emphasize client-centered care by combining the benefits of relaxation massage with specific therapeutic techniques. My goal is to help clients feel better by reducing muscle tension, increasing mobility and helping clients improve their well being.

When I am outside of the clinic, I enjoy working out, hiking and spending time out at our cabin at Horsefly!

Hello! My approach is all about looking at the whole body, not just where it hurts. One of my favourite sayings is “pain is where the problem isn’t”—so if your back hurts, don’t be surprised if I’m working on your hips, calves, or feet. When joints move the way they should, your muscles can do their job, helping your body move better and stay strong. My goal is to get you moving well, feeling balanced, and preventing injury.

I graduated from Sheridan college and became a Certified Athletic Therapist in 2015. I am originally from Ottawa Ontario, where I grew up playing hockey. You might notice my accent a time or two… Being a tree planter for 9 years in the BC interior, and now working in BC wildfire camps providing Athletic Therapy, I get to see a lot of the province. We settled in Williams Lake! I love Williams Lake and I am very passionate about movement and injury prevention. I love playing hockey, curling and xc skiing in the winter. In the non-snow months you can find me on my mountain bike, hiking, gardening and just hanging outside with my dog Annie.

I have a few modalities that I find really help my clients feel good and move more optimally to be able to enjoy the things they love. These modalities are: cupping, therapist assisted tools, craniosacral therapy, manual therapy and exercise.

I’m a Certified Athletic Therapist that graduated from Camosun College in 2025. I spent the last few years living in Victoria for school, and was excited to move back home to Williams Lake last year. Since returning to the Cariboo, I’ve been able to get back to some of the activities I love, including snowboarding, soccer, and paddle boarding.

When it comes to treatment, I always look at how your whole body moves together, because pain is often connected to more than just the area that’s hurting. My goal for each session is to help you better understand your injury, have you leave each session feeling better than when you arrived, and give you practical strategies you can use at home to keep making progress between appointments.

I have a passion for strength and conditioning, exercise, and kettlebell training. My unique approach is grounded in the fundamentals of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and neuroscience.
